Aoife Boyle (pictured left) and Zoe McSparron (pictured right) are currently making waves within Derry with their incredible arts initiative, FUSE Arts in Derry ~ Londonderry.
Driven by a shared passion for community engagement through creative expression, Aoife and Zoe founded FUSE Arts to bridge the gap between emerging artists and the local community. Their project brings together workshops, events, and collaborative installations that reflect Derry’s unique cultural vibrancy.
By creating a space for artists to connect, learn, and share their work, FUSE Arts not only supports artistic growth but also fosters a sense of unity and pride in Derry's rich heritage. With FUSE Arts, Aoife and Zoe are truly igniting a creative spark across the city.

Aaron Marshall is currently making great strides for the environment with his incredible social enterprise, the Responsible Plastic Management (RPM). The organisation is dedicated to promoting sustainable practices in plastic use and waste management. Based in Belfast, it provides businesses, institutions, and communities with tools and strategies to reduce their environmental impact.
Aaron was recently recognised at the All Ireland Sustainable Awards in the Young Changemaker of the Year category for his truly amazing work that himself and RPM have done for the sustainability and environment across the globe. Congratulations, Aaron!

Claire’s experience also covers the hospitality industry, where she has supported clients in navigating financial and operational complexities, and the public sector, advising on financial transparency and compliance. Her broad skill set, and industry-specific insights make her a trusted advisor to clients across these varied fields.
Dr Abraham Perumal Philip

Dr Abraham Perumal Philip, Co-founder and Board Director of the esteemed Dr. KM Cherian Institute of Medical Sciences, has recently been recognised for his outstanding contributions to healthcare and community service. Having trained under Dr. KM Cherian himself - the visionary who performed India’s first heart transplant - Abraham has assisted in nearly 450 heart surgeries, bringing life-saving care to countless patients.
This dedication was recently acknowledged in a prestigious award presented by UK MP Bob Blackman, an honour shared by the UK Parliament. MP Blackman even celebrated Abraham's achievements on his social media, underscoring the impact of Abraham's work on a global scale.
