UU graduate, Helen Todd's business has been announced as an NI winner in the UK Start-Up Awards. Having graduated from Hospitality Management, this put her on the path to Human Resources. After 18 years of working in tech companies, BPO and global financial institutions, she began her HR Consultancy services, Impact People Consultancy - providing HR consultancy services to small businesses, with a focus on creating inclusive workplaces, supporting businesses to put strong people-centric practices, policies and strategies in place, combining her experience of neurodivergence, unpaid caring, solo parenting, depression, anxiety and perimenopause with 18 years of professional experience in HR.

Together with Co-Founders Pierre Yimbog and Helen Rosborough, Rachael is continuing to develop Solobook, an AI-powered, community-driven platform. The platform aims to provide reliable information, particularly for female solo travellers, to help enable safe adventures for those who travel solo.

In June, Irish actor and therapist, Johnny O'Callaghan, is set to join the UCLA Hammer Museum's Bloomsday celebration, a worldwide celebration of James Joyce and his landmark book Ulysses. Johnny holds extensive accolades in the Film and TV industry; his one man show 'Who's Your Daddy?' played to sold out houses in LA, New York's Irish Repertory Theatre, The Edinburgh Festival and Crow's Toronto, Canada. He first began acting with the Belfast Youth and Community Theatre, to unite Protestant and Catholic actors. Johnny was also named Irish man of the year in LA, 2016.
