  • To offer you this fantastic weekly rate bedding & cooking utensils are NOT provided.  If you require a new bedding pack to be provided (£35 single/£45 double) please advise at the time of booking.

  • Payment of six weeks is required in full in advance of arrival. Bookings of seven or more weeks can choose to pay monthly in advance.

  Ensuite rooms from £70.00* plus VAT = £84.00 per night

  Ulster University students are not required to pay VAT.  VAT will be charged on all other bookings.

  3 night minimum stay available and full payment required in advance of arrival.

• Group/Team Accommodation

  This will provide a single ensuite bedroom in a 5 bedroom apartment.

  Residents share the communal kitchen which is equipped with cooker, oven/grill/hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and has some crockery and cutlery provided so you can enjoy the option of self-catering.

  What's included

  • All utilities.
  • 50Mbs Wi-Fi
  • Bedding, cooking utensils, towels. toiletries (soap, shampoo & conditioner), complimentary beverages (tea coffee and sugar)

  Laundry facilities are available onsite at a cost of £2.90 per wash and £1.90 per dry.

  Housekeeping Service

  If you book a three night plus package our  dedicated housekeeping team will  service kitchens (remove rubbish and refresh surfaces) every weekday (Monday to Friday).

  Towels - Guests can request fresh towels on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and housekeeping will provide additional bin bags and toilet rolls should you require these over the weekend.

  Room servicing - For guests staying 7 or more nights housekeeping offer a room refresh (bed linen change & room cleaned) mid stay (on a Monday or Thursday).

• Placement Accommodation

  We welcome all our Ulster University students coming to complete a placement.

  Placement students will be charged standard student rates for their stay.

  Students will need to provide their own bedding, cutlery, crockery, towels and toiletries. (Bedding packs are available for purchase at the Residential Services Office.)
