Convocation is the body empowered to discuss and declare the opinion of its members on any matter relating to Ulster University.
The role of Convocation is to provide a formal channel through which its members may communicate their views and opinions, support Ulster University's work, and safeguard the University's good reputation.
Convocation also acts as a forum for discussion and debate, organises events, and sponsors awards and prizes.
Members of the convocation are comprised of University graduates, academic or academic related staff, senior officers of the University and the Chancellor and Pro - Chancellors.
Award made to an undergraduate student who has demonstrated significant personal achievement or a substantial contribution to University life.
